The fall festival is when all the art classes like dance, art, photography, theater come together and make a little performance in the nature center. It took place on October 28, 2022. Before you entered the nature center, there was a table that had mini ofrendas’ which are offerings of family or a loved one who has passed away; on them you can put their favorite food, or traditional food, and include a picture of that person. When you entered there was the band, i’m not sure what they played but I saw a girl with a saxophone playing a Spanish song. Around the lakes there was pumpkins that were decorated. I think it was the cheerleaders who decorated these pumpkins. As you were walking around the french students made tombstones of famous french actors/singers/designers, etc who have passed away. Once you got to the stage it was the advanced choir singers, they sang The Adams Family theme song, and the beginner choir sang a song about a plant that eats people.
After all those performances the theater class performed, first it was the advance theater class,
they performed a performance that was created by a theater student, it was about this girl who moves into town and is obsessed with vampires and thinks that these two boys she meets are vampires. The other performance was about this pumpkin who is sad in life and needs help mentally because the pumpkin is depressed. That was all the performances there was in this years Fall Festival 2022.
